AU residents only. If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you make a claim.  By approving your participation, your parent or guardian accepts these conditions. Offer Period: 12.01am (AEST) on 01/09/2023 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 28/02/2024. Claim Period: 12.01am (AEST) on 01/09/2023 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 06/03/2024. During Offer Period, buy a 1L bottle of Norco Plant Based P2 Pea Protein White Mylk or Norco Oat White Mylk from a participating Woolworths/Woolworths Metro supermarket or any independent supermarket in AU (excluding WOW Metro Go, Petrol Stations & Coles) (including online purchases), collect your itemised purchase receipt clearly showing the product purchased, time and date and store of purchase (EFTPOS receipts not accepted),  & if, after 24 hours,  you are not satisfied with did not like the product, then during the Claim Period visit www.norcomoneyback.com.au and fill out the online claim form, including by stating in 15 words or less more why you weren't satisfied did not like the product and by uploading your itemised purchase receipt. Your claim will not be accepted if, in the Promoter’s opinion, the 15 words or more less statement provided as part of your claim is obscene, offensive, malicious, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate – such as by including language the Promoter deems offensive. Claims submitted outside of the Claim Period will not be accepted. If your claim is valid, you'll get a refund via EFT to an Australian-based bank account equal to the amount paid for the Norco product(s) (as shown on your purchase receipt). You will not receive a refund for other items you purchase in the same transaction. Max 1 claim per person per mobile number. Keep original itemised purchase receipt. All claims are subject to validation. Allow 7[insert] business days from validation to get refund. Refund not transferable. You may only claim in own name & not on behalf of anyone else. If you claim using multiple aliases/email addresses/phone numbers, you may be disqualified. The Promoter is not responsible if your device is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting a claim, including by failing to have photography capabilities. Subject to consumer rights under e.g. the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Promoter is not liable (including in negligence) for any damage/delay to or loss/theft of a cheque, except liability which can't be excluded (which is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law). If asked, you must provide proof of age/residency/identity. This offer does not restrict consumer rights under any statute e.g. the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) – e.g. you may be entitled to return defective goods for a refund in some circumstances. Offer not sponsored/endorsed/administered by/associated with any social media platform, incl. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any & all liability. The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the offer. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this offer, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia. By claiming, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy (see www.norco.com.au/__privacy-policy.php) which includes information about: (a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; & (b) how to complain about a privacy breach.
